Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using LinguaAim, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users of LinguaAim, including free and premium subscribers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You are responsible for:

- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials - All activity that occurs under your account - Ensuring your use of LinguaAim complies with applicable laws - Providing accurate information when creating your account - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use LinguaAim. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

You agree not to:

- Use LinguaAim for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms - Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app - Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from LinguaAim - Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation - Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code - Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of LinguaAim's systems - Use LinguaAim to harass, abuse, or harm other users

Free Tier: LinguaAim offers a free tier with limited features. No payment is required.

Premium Subscription: Premium features are available through monthly or annual subscription plans. Prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the App Store or Google Play. We do not process refunds directly.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

One Account Per Person: Each person may maintain only one free account. Multiple accounts created to circumvent limitations may be terminated.

Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.

Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services.

Account Inactivity: Accounts inactive for more than 24 months may be subject to deletion after notice.

All content in LinguaAim — including but not limited to lesson content, audio recordings, illustrations, software, and trademarks — is owned by LinguaAim Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LinguaAim for personal, non-commercial language learning purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any LinguaAim content without our express written permission.

User-generated content (such as pronunciation recordings) remains your property, but you grant LinguaAim a license to use it to improve our services.

LinguaAim is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that: - The service will be uninterrupted or error-free - Defects will be corrected - The service is free of viruses or other harmful components - The results of using the service will meet your expectations

Language learning outcomes vary by individual. We do not guarantee fluency or specific learning results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinguaAim Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of LinguaAim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of LinguaAim shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
